Hey hey! I'm a Marceline! We're a dying breed!
I'm a multi-hat creature made of creativity, pure endearment, and passion.

I'm a 32 years old minor that, for some reason, can't get enough of creating cool stuff and being a big help to others.

🐱 Hades: The Beloved Tomboyish Cat

Tortoiseshells are pretty well known for their attitude.
My 10+ year old cat Hades is no exception...
In fact, I'd say she's more of the definition of it.

She adores physically fighting with me, adores playing fetch with hair ties, will scream about being cuddled, will scream if she isn't being cuddled, and absolutely DETESTS other cats.
(But loves all other animals for some reason.)

🦎 Emerald Tree Skinks

You know...
There's something to be said about your soon-to-be-hired Community Lead having a bioactive enclosure with a functioning ecosystem...

I have two Emerald Tree Skinks! I got them back in 2025.
They live in an enclosure lush with different plants, a living clean up crew, an automatic lighting/misting system, and have a very varied diet!
They live a little better than I do sometimes...

Lastly, my deepest passion.
Storytelling, worldbuilding, and character design...
I can't express how much I enjoy it.

Over the years, I've built a massive interconnected universe filled to the brim with stories I'd love to tell some day. Whether it's Scarlet's lighthearted story of a total drunkard pirate girl with a sunny disposition & her just as morally-grey crew or Mer's angsty story of a traumatized dragon girl with a fiery temper & a world that pushes her limits at every moment.

What the heck do you do?

I like you! You bring a sort of eager impatience to the table that other readers don't mess with. You really do care!So! Jokes aside, it's easier to say what I don't do.
(I wasn't kidding when I told you I was a multi-hat leader.)Primarily, I'm a Community & Growth Lead.
I manage community operations, analyze growth metrics, and act as a functional bridge between players and developers.But I'm capable of plenty more.Allow me to share a little bit of my work history with you:

Pixeljam
Community & Growth Lead (2025+)

I am currently the Community & Growth Lead for Pixeljam, an independent gaming company of about 20 years!
I manage all the community operations across their entire portfolio from their live service to traditional games.
(ex; Dino Run 2, Dino Jump, Utopia Must Fall.)

So what are some of the things I've done for them?

Restructured and audited the official 5,000+ member Discord server, implementing several discord bots, creating moderation S.O.P.s, designing a gamified discord economy & leveling system, and many other improvements.

Developed and used a customized pipeline tailored to specific teams that translates chaotic input from passionate fans into concise actionable reports that developers can actually use.

Organized and ran a massive 12-hour launch day event for the release of two published games, hosting back-to-back community raffles, cross-platform announcements, and general engagement to maximize visibility & hype.

Overhauled the studio's Patreon model in order to increase financial support & fan loyalty and using Google Sheets to automate the studio's Kickstarter CSV to Printful 1,000+ shirt order form and double checking triple checking the results.

Built 40+ highly-detailed custom maps within Dino Run 2's own alpha sandbox for player enjoyment, investor/VC interest, and marketing purposes; often pushing beyond what was assumed possible of the game.

Provided direct consulting on numerous games, offering practical yet unique solutions for difficulty scaling, UI friction, and game mechanics to ensure the continued or final product is fun to play and something people want to share.

An Adult-Oriented Community
Founder & Head of Operations (2016-2026)

I was the Founder & Head of Operations for an adult-oriented community for a little over 10 years. From bare bones nothing to one of the biggest and well known adult-oriented communities on the internet.

So, what did I do with what I started with?

Single-handedly moderated the community for years before eventually recruiting, training, and writing a proper S.O.P. for a volunteer team wishing to moderate the community as well and oversee 375,000 subscribers.

Processed thousands of ban appeals over a decade and managed to consistently turn defensive hostile rule-breakers into apologetic, cooperative community members. I can count on my hands how many times I failed. Only. My hands.

Fully utilized Reddit's (frustrating) backend—including several automoderator configs, reddit app/bots configs, practical & fun flairing system, and more— to keep a high-risk and high traffic community safe and self-sustaining. (For the most part.)

Carefully guided the community through policy changes surrounding sensitive, hair-trigger topics while complying with strict TOS demands in a way that left the community still feeling happy and invested.

Organized and ran several events such as: raffles, giveaways, contests, AMAs, polls, trivia, tournaments, and many more in order to keep users engaged in the community itself in ways that are not just superficial and surface-dwelling.

Acted as a central hub between several other sister communities and worked with many, ensuring that even beyond my grasp, the entire ecosystem was still healthy and thriving no matter how it branched away.
